Budget

Billing administrators can set a budget on the Billing page. When a budget is set, e-mail notifications are automatically sent to the contact e-mail address set under Billing details, whenever the current monthly spending reaches 50, 90 and 100 per cent of the budget threshold.

To set a budget, go to Administration > Billing, and under Subscription, click Set budget.

The minimum threshold to be set is EUR 100. It can be changed any time by clicking Change.

If you no longer need to track your spending, you can clear the budget by clicking Clear.

Note

Setting a budget is for tracking and informative purposes only. It does not block the use of Globalese, or prevent spending more than the budget threshold.
